The Federal Constitution is amended as follows:
Article 121 para 3-5 (new)

third In the knowledge that without them a. neither houses, roads or tunnels would be built, b. or hospitals, Nursing homes, hotels and restaurants would be operated, c. no waste, cleaning, transport and computer science would overcome,
