How has Angela Merkel made during the crisis Guttenberg unmistakably clear is right for their party loyalty and honesty a negligible factor.

That the prosecutor for all sorts of shady dealings - from electoral fraud to child pornography and infidelity - determined against Hamburger CDU parliamentary deputies is, after all very common.
